This 5-week class will help you understand what is happening in your body during labor and how you can better prepare, no matter the context. You and your birthing partner will learn about physiological birth and the different techniques you can do and practice at home to have a more comfortable laboring and birthing experience. You will learn 3 different breathing techniques that will help assist in deepening relaxation throughout your pregnancy, labor and birth. And you will both learn how you can deepen your connection to your baby.

Everything that you will learn and go over in class will help support you, your birthing partner and baby to have an empowering, parent and baby led birth.
